Total Solar Eclipse
1994 November 03

This eclipse is perhaps best known for its high-altitude viewing points in Bolivia and Chile and for the saga of the Bolivian Train Ride. The high elevation with its lower oxygen levels befuddled many brains in the early morning, leaving many to play last-minute “catch up” as the eclipse crept toward second contact.
